Who sees what, exporting and deleting your data.

• Who can see whatOn your own, nobody sees your goals unless you share one. In a team or school, your manager sees your goals and check-in answers, but not your journal.
• Delete your account and dataDelete your personal Lifetick account and everything in it from the iPhone app, or ask us to. In a team or school, an admin removes you.
• Export your dataDownload your tasks, goals, journal and trackers as CSV files from Reports. Admins can download the whole organisation's goals and journal activity.
• Single sign-onA team or school can have its people sign in to Lifetick through the organisation's own identity provider. We set it up with you.
• Where your data is storedYour goals, journal and account live in one Lifetick database that the website and the iPhone app share. Here's how it's kept and who can reach it.
