The team Outcomes report
See how your team's goals went over a month, a quarter or the whole programme: goals on track, tasks on time, check-in answers and mood.
The Outcomes report looks back over a period and shows how your team members' goals went. It uses only goals people share with you. Journal text, check-in answers and private goals are never included.
In a business account it's called Reports in the menu. In a coaching account it's Outcomes, and in a school it's Progress report. An admin can change the word in Change the words your team uses.
Open the report
- Open it from the menu. Choose Reports (or your organisation's word for it).
- Choose who. In the menu at the top, choose All my team members or one of your groups. Admins and super managers also have Everyone.
- Choose the period. Choose Month, Quarter or Programme. Use the arrows beside the dates to step back to an earlier month or quarter. Programme runs from the first goal the group shared to today.

What it shows
- Goals on track or completed. Goals that were done, or had no overdue tasks and weren't past their due date. The small figure is how many goals were in play.
- Goals completed. Goals finished in the period.
- Check-in response rate. How many check-ins sent in the period were answered.
- Average mood, out of 5. From check-in answers, at the start and the end of the period.
- Goal progress by participant. Each person's active and done goals, Tasks on time, Engagement and a trend of tasks done each week. Choose a name to open that person.
- Where goals sit. How goals spread across your core values. See Progress by core value.
- Highlights. A few plain sentences, such as "3 of 6 participants completed at least one goal."
Engagement is High when at least 70% of tasks were done on time and the person was active in the last two weeks of the period. Medium and Low are below that. Someone with no shared goals shows as Low.

A month or quarter that isn't over yet ends today, so it covers the period so far.
