Lifetick on iPhone and the web

The iPhone app and the website share one account. Your own goals work on both; setting up and running a team happens on the web.

Works on the web and iPhone Free, Premium, Team Checked 30 Oct 2026

Lifetick runs in any web browser and as an app for iPhone and iPad. Both use the same account, so a goal you add on one is there on the other.

What you can do on both

  • Goals and tasks. Add goals, tasks with due dates and email reminders, and tick them off.
  • Dreams. Keep longer-term ideas and turn one into a goal when you're ready.
  • Journal and trackers. Write notes and log trackers.
  • Reports. See how your goals and trackers are going.
  • Core values. Change your list of values.
  • Sharing. Share a goal or add a supporter.
  • Your account. Change your name, email and password, redeem a promo code, or delete your account.
  • Premium. Upgrade on either. Premium shows up on both.

In a team or school, team members and students can also answer check-ins in the app. They show on the Journal tab, for example Answer your weekly check-in. One-on-one notes, agreed actions and the next agenda are there too, under Coaching.

Where things are

On iPhone, the tabs along the bottom are Home, Goals, Dreams, Journal and Reports. Settings at the top of Home has My account, Configure core values, Configure trackers and Sign out.

On the web, the menu on the left has your goals, dreams, journal and reports. The account menu at the top right, such as Riley's account, has Settings, Subscription and Sign out.

Only on the web

  • Setting up and running a team or school. Check-ins, one-on-ones from the manager's side, Today, people and invites, branding, groups, reports across the team and billing are all on the web. In the app, managers find Coach tools are on the web under Settings.
  • A web subscription. Paying by card, and its receipts, are on the Subscription page.

Only on iPhone

  • Trying Lifetick without an account. Get started in the app sets you up straight away, with no email needed. Add an email address or Apple ID later with Save your account, so you can sign in on the web too.
  • An App Store subscription. It's bought and managed through Apple.
