The app isn't syncing

The iPhone app saves straight to your Lifetick account. If something is missing, check your connection, pull down to refresh and make sure you're in the same account.

Works on the web and iPhone Free, Premium, Team Checked 30 Oct 2026

The iPhone app and the web share one Lifetick account. The app reads from it and saves to it as you go, so a change on one shows on the other once it has loaded again.

Check the connection

When the app can't reach Lifetick, a bar above the tabs says No connection. or Can't reach Lifetick. Tap Retry, or wait: the app keeps trying and the bar goes once it gets through.

If the bar also says Not saved., the change you just made didn't save. The app doesn't keep it to send later, so make the change again once you're back online.

Load the latest

  • On iPhone: pull down on Home, Goals, a goal, Journal, Dreams or Reports to load them again. The app also checks your account each time you come back to it.
  • On the web: reload the page in your browser.

Make sure it's the same account

Most "missing" goals are in a different account.

  1. Check the email on iPhone. Go to Home, tap Settings, then My account. The email is under Sign in.
  2. Check the email on the web. Choose the account menu at the top right, then Settings, and look at Email address.
  3. Sign in the same way on both. Signing in with Google, Microsoft or Apple uses the email of that account. If you chose to hide your email when you used Sign in with Apple, Apple gives Lifetick a different address, which makes a separate account.

If you started on iPhone without an account

Get started on iPhone lets you use Lifetick without signing up. That data is only in an account on that phone until you save it. Go to Home, tap Settings, then My account and Save your account, and add your email. Then sign in with that email on the web.

Save your account only works with an email that isn't already on another Lifetick account.

Premium not showing

Premium bought on the web shows in the app the next time you open it. If you subscribed in the App Store, sign in to the same Lifetick account on the web to see it there.
