Re-send an invite
Send someone their invitation email again if it got lost, or replace an invite link that has expired.
If someone can't find their invitation, you can send it again. How you do it depends on how you invited them. Before you re-send, ask them to check their spam or junk folder for an email from Lifetick.
Someone you added one by one
When you add someone with Add one by one, Lifetick emails them a password to sign in with. Until they sign in for the first time, you can send that email again.
- Open the person. Admins choose People and invites and then the person's name. Managers open the person from Team Members, choose ••• and then Edit profile.
- Tick Resend the invitation email. It's under their email address.
- Check the email address. Fix it here if it was typed wrong.
- Save. Choose Save. They get a new email with a new password, and the old one stops working.

Once they've signed in, the box no longer shows. If they've forgotten their password, they can reset it from the sign in page. See Sign in and reset your password.
Someone who already had a Lifetick account
If you add someone by email who already uses Lifetick, they get an email inviting them to join instead. It lasts 14 days, and it shows under Open invitations in the Invite window as Emailed to and their address.
To send it again, choose Revoke beside it, then add them again with Add one by one. They get a fresh email.
Someone with a link
Links don't send emails. Choose Invite, then Copy beside the link under Open invitations, and send it to them again.
If the link has expired it no longer shows. Create a new one with Create link. See Invite people with one link.
Still not arriving?
Your organisation must confirm its email address before Lifetick sends any invitations. Look for the confirmation email sent when you signed up. For other email problems, see Not getting Lifetick emails.
